The MVCA's Shoreline Working Group is tentatively planning to host a public information meeting on September 18 in Goderich. The purpose of this meeting is to provide landowners with information on:

• Shoreline Gully Flood and 100 Year Erosion Hazard mapping that has been produced
• The Development, Interference with Wetlands and Alterations to Shorelines and Watercourse Regulation (Ontario Regulation 164/06).
• The dynamic nature of gullies and the significant erosion that has recently occurred in some locations.
  

Maps will be on view at 9:30 a.m. Presentations will begin at 10:00 a.m. Following the presentations landowners will have the opportunity to ask questions and view copies of the updated maps.
